Lok: The Tide Turns
MAKO. I'M GOING TO SAY THIS EVERY EPISODE.
YOU ARE THE WORST CHARACTER EVER.
Asami called him out on his shit! YOU GO GIRL! And, of course, he blames someone else for his problems. Why are we supposed to be rooting for him? He has just become so unlikable.
LIN LOST HER BENDING! NOOOOOO! I knew it was going to happen when she did the whole, "Don't look back!" but still. She's, like, one of the only good characters on the show! I do wish she and Korra wouldn't get their butts kicked so often. It just doesn't look good for the female protagonist(s) to constantly lose, ya know?
Amon is still my favorite villain! I'm going to be upset when he's gone. I kind of want him to be sincere in his goals: brings balance by removing bending, and not turn out to be Yakone or a power-hungry douchewaffle.
My theory: He's Mako and Bolin's dad who died in the fire but was brought back by the spirits to teach spirituality to the world, but his hatred of benders got in the way and yeah.
So yeah. I'm out.
Anyways, I've been taking a hiatus from the internet for the last week. Only getting on during the weekends, because way too much of my time is internet/tumblr/whatever that I just need to refocus my life right now.
